Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2011 jeep grand cherokee. The contact stated while driving 45 mph on a hill the contact attempted to depress the break pedal however, the vehicle failed to stop. The contact stated she allowed the vehicle to coast in to a parking lot at the end of the hill. The contact stated she pushed her vehicle over to a body shop in the same parking lot because she did not want to drive the vehicle. The vehicle was diagnosed and the contact was informed that brake booster rusted. The vehicle was not repaired.
