Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2011 jeep grand cherokee. The contact stated that while driving at 20 mph, making a right turn the steering wheel ceased, with several warning lights temporarily illuminated. The contact was able to veer to the shoulder of the roadway. The contact noticed an abnormal odor coming from the engine. The contact turn the vehicle off and contacted an independent mechanic who towed the vehicle back to the residence. The next day the vehicle resumed normal operation and was taken to (spitzer chrysler dodge jeep ram of homestead 30101 s dixie hwy, homestead, fl 33032 (786) 650-3104) where it was diagnosed however, the technician was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 132,000. |
