Description of the problem | 2011 jeep overland has a service bulletin 08-029-10. My vehicle has beenin dealership six times for liftgate not opening when it is in the heat and sun in arizona. Chrysler acknowledges this will happen when metal on hatch. Reaches 140 degrees which is equivalent to about 100 days in the southwest. Is this a safety hazard and what obligation does chrysler have? They told me to live with it in the summertime. Chrysler claims nothing can be done to repair no opening liftgate. |
