Description of the problem	Continuing my last complaint - i go to jeep to fix my bluetooth they tell me its $135 (which was never mentioned on the phone to me as i called to make an appointment.) i told them i dont have that right now. They insisted i had to get my car fixed for the sun visor recall which i haven't done so they tell me it'll take 2. 5 hours . I should leave and come back so they make me get a ride with a random driver who works for them to take me somewhere and come back when finished just for them to reach back out to me within 20 minutes and tell me they had no parts they had to order it. Which pissed me off because that wasted my time money and energy when they should have checked to see if the part was there before i left the dealership. Now who knows when i'll have the time to get this recall done. This recall has been since 2015 when i bought the vehicle and they only mentioned one recall to me since i've had the car which had something to do with the breaks. Jeep dealerships need to learn how to communicate better with better service going back to my lug nuts they said they had no clue what i was talking about!
