Description of the problem | Started having a transmission slip in 2nd gear repair shop looked things over and said transmission fluid was a little low and i was leaking transmission fluid due ac condenser going bad. Had it replaced, no more leaking transmission fluid but transmission still acting up now. Was told it was most likely due to the leak and trans fluid getting low. After reading up i guess this is a common issue and should be recalled. Obviously these a/c condenser units are faulty. Now i have a transmission that could have been avoidable if jeep would have let owners know about the ac condenser issue or made that a unit that has to get replaced after so many miles. |
