Description of the problem | The headrest on my jeep popped forward suddenly and unexpectedly while parked. This appears to have been caused by a failure of the plastic parts of the whiplash mitigation system built into the seat. While the seat was unoccupied at the time i feel this would have caused injury had someone been in the seat. |
