Description of the problem | The firewall inside engine compartment has heat damage from excessive heat coming from engine area near turbo. It appears there may have been fire. Potential fire hazard. Dealer wants to charge me to diagnose and engine is still under warranty. I called fca customer care and they said there is nothing they can do about dealer charge never thought it is warranty item.*dt the consumer provided photos. |
