Description of the problem | I am having constant valve tapping in my engine. It doesn't matter if its cold or warm, it taps continuously. I have 114,000 miles on my vehicle, but have kept up on all vehicle maintenance including the required synthetic oil changes. I still have the original brakes on my jeep, so it's not driven hard. I just don't think there should be tapping with a vehicle with this amount of mileage. |
