Description of the problem | 2015 jeep grand cherokee. Consumer writes in regards to back up camera repairs, radio/cd player, bluetooth malfunctions, heated seats inoperable and other electrical issues. *smd the consumer stated the vehicle has been in the shop 12 times in the last year and a half. The vehicle went into off road mode while driving down the street, the headlights started flashing while stopped behind another driving for no reason. The dealer worked on electrical connections behind the media center, and replaced a wiring harness. The problems continued to multiply and the vehicle hasn't been the same, since.
