Description of the problem | I have the exodiesel summit 4x4. On july 17 was driving at 55 miles an hour, in the fast lane, on the 10 fwy (4-lan highway) at 5:00pm rush hour in los angeles, ca. With no warning of any kind, no limp mode, the engine completely shut off. Felt like it ran out of gas but there was shy of 1/4 tank left or 88 miles to empty. Car had to be towed to dealer. Dealer fount faulty fuel pump and replaced the fuel pump. I managed to cross 4 lanes of traffic without incident but this was pure luck. Please address. |
