Description of the problem | For vehicle with vin number [xxx], after a vo8 flash of the ecu due to emissions recall settlement the car has serious "lag" in acceleration from the stop position. This is a safety hazard as the lag creates a collision risk from on-coming traffic. Currently the manufacturer does not have a solution for the software update that has caused the safety hazard.
