Description of the problem	Every time i drive the vehicle i have problems properly shifting into the correct gear, especially reverse and park. Sometimes the shifter doesn't move at all, sometimes it shifts too far. This problem is well known by jeep and they have done nothing except recognize there is a problem and suggest i use my parking brake and other unnecessary procedures in order to ensure i don't leave the vehicle when it is not in park and kill myself like anton yelchin did. I demand an immediate refund of the purchase price including the cost of taxes and warranty upgrades and interior/exterior protection packages purchased for this vehicle. It is absurdly difficult to operate and unsafe. I am driving children around in a defective vehicle that is killing people.
