Description of the problem | I have had transmissions issues with my 2015 jeep cherokee from the first week i purchased it. I have had my jeep into the dealership to address this issues several times now. They have replaced the transmissions once, updated the firmware a couple of times, and are now just telling me "that's the way it is" and that i will just have to live with the problems. The transmissions jerks into gear a times, especially when accelerating after a near stop (spins the tires sometimes when it 'clunks' into gear), slips out of gear at times and 'clunks' back in (when traveling around 40 mph usually), and has also just quit functioning all together while trying to enter a freeway (had to pull over and stop/start car to get the transmission back). Every time i drive the car one of these issues can be observed. I am a very displeased long time jeep owner.. |
