Description of the problem | 2015 jeep grand cherokee. Consumer writes in regards to refusal of compensation for repair damages to vehicle transmission defect. New software has been installed to create an "auto park" feature. *smd the consumer stated he thought the vehicle was in park, but in fact it was in reverse and the engine was running. The vehicle hit a mailbox, which resulted in bending and denting the door and fender. *jb |
