Description of the problem | I put my car in park in the garage, got out of my car and it started to back up on me, bending the door back and loosening the hinge but getting caught on the wall. I was able to jump back in and step on the brake, the car shifter had slipped back into reverse. I had my car fixed as the door was unsteady. I then received a recall on that particular part and sent in all my information but was denied coverage. I am very angry about this and request a supervisor to call me. I had the shift fixed at a local jeep dealership since then. |
