Description of the problem | Jeep grand cherokee diesel, after v08 recall (diesel exhaust issue), car now will lag, and fail to accelerate at lower speeds under load. Acts as if it will stall. Dangerous in that it fails to respond to acceleration input under these conditions, usually around 20-25 miles per hour. When this occurs, car makes two very short and faint buzzing noises from the engine compartment. Car did not do this prior to the v08 diesel recall software fix. This is an ongoing problem, car has been to shop several times, and everything checks out as being normal. |
