Description of the problem | Driving down the interstate when suddenly the driver's side active head restraint deployed and the headrest shot forward towards the back of my head. Luckily, i was seated forward, looking in my mirrors to change lanes so it did not hit my head. Taken to the jeep dealership and they stated that the plastic clips inside the headrest seemed to have broken and caused the headrest to deploy unexpectedly. |
