Description of the problem | Driving on a major highway one morning on way to work and heard an extremely loud "pop". Looked back and the leather headrest had completely unloaded like an airbag and deployed. Luckily it did not strike my head and cause me to swerve and cause an accident. The plastic piece that holds the mechanism in place snapped. No accident to cause this or anything. Clearly the part is defective. This needs to be recalled immediately. |
