Description of the problem | My passenger side active headrest popped open all of a sudden while parked. Luckily, there was no one sitting there at the time. I've read stories from a lot of other jeep and chrysler owners that experienced the same issue and there is a class action suit to force a recall. At best, this is an expensive fix which really should be the manufacturer's responsibility. At worst, it can knock someone out while driving and cause an accident. Please look into it. |
