Description of the problem | Passenger headrest exploded while driving on the highway, luckily no one was in the passenger seat. The vehicle was not impacted by any other vehicle nor has it been in any crash. Safety malfunction that needs to be addressed. Took the vehicle to dealer and they are unable to put reset the headrest, rep is stating that i need to buy a new head rest even though its a malfunction. Please advise what can be done to rectify this issue |
