Description of the problem | Driver's side headrest activated for no reason - no one was in the car and it was parked in my driveway. Would have been extremely dangerous if had happened while driving. May happen to the other headrest while a passenger is in that seat. It cannot be put back together as the latch broke either before (causing it) or during activation and the headrest must be replaced at the cost of the owner (more than $700). Dealer said a standard headrest without this function is not available. |
