Description of the problem | The active head rest went off without being in an accident (parked in my driveway). The passenger seat head rest popped out in 2019 and had to be fixed (was not covered under my extended warranty and jeep would not reimburse me due to the 4 year old car being "too old") and the driver's side popped out this weekend (april 11, 2020). We cannot reset it as there is a tiny plastic piece that broke off and will need to be replaced again (approximately a $600 repair at the dealership). |
