Description of the problem | To start, 2 years ago the passenger head restraint deployed without me being in an accident. Tonight (friday, may 29th, 2020), while driving on a city street and without being in an accident or having any damage to my vehicle the driver side head restraint deployed. This is very dangerous and needs to be taken care of. From all of the incident reports that have been coming in about this manufacturing defect over the last few years this should have been taken care of and made as a recall. I |
