Description of the problem | Passenger active headrest deployed while vehicle parked, will not reset. These vehicles have an active headrest system that is designed to deploy forward in the event of a crash but the plastic housing that keeps it in place has crumbled and made the headrest leap forward in the deployed state and will not go back into position and hold. |
