Description of the problem | The headrest on my 2015 jeep cherokee inadvertently deployed on the passenger side. Inspection of the headrest shows the plastic bracket holding the metal pin is broken and yet the holding clamp is not released. The headrest cannot be reset. The vehicle was stationary when this occurred. I am very concerned after reading other incidents where this can occur on the driver side as well while the car is in motion. You need to something about this before someone, like me, gets killed. |
