Description of the problem | I purchased my jeep grand cherokee in jan 2016 and it had recall for the electronic shifter and brake caliper. Fca issues the recall without having parts to fix and after a month of waiting i cannot get the dealership, dick huvaere in richmond, mi to get me in to finish the repair on the recall. The dealer was no clear if the vehicle is safe to drive and they did not offer a rental while the parts are on back order. |
