Description of the problem	On december 13, 2018 we attempted to move our jeep from one parking space to another. Turning into the new space, the power steering went completely out making it extremely difficult to steer at all. The jeep was taken into the dealership, who told us the power steering pump would need replaced. The part was on back order and it would take until after christmas to get in. We were forced to drive the jeep with the power steering not working. In winter, in ne ohio. When christmas time came and went, the dealership informed us that the part was still not available and we would have to wait until january 30, 2019 - 7 weeks since the incident occurred. Here we are, january 31, 2019 and now the dealership tells us there is nothing they can do and it will be at least march, 2019 until they can get any replacement. We purchased this vehicle in february, 2018. And this problem occurred 10 months later. Jeep should be responsible for having replacement parts available on their vehicles, especially something as important as power steering in the dead of winter in ohio. Very unsafe, and very dissatisfied!
