Description of the problem | Right rear shock absorber completely ineffective at controlling rear axle hop. Rear of jeep would start to rotate sideways on bumpy roads. But vehicle new in march 2015 . Called and asked salesman if you'd heard any problems none reported . Call and ask service manager if you've heard of any problems none reported . Finally took vehicle in and took mechanic for test drive and they said the rear shock was leaking oil and they replaced it . This handling occurred from the day i pick the vehicle up . I was worried to go into winter fearing the vehicle would lose control and spun sideways. |
