Description of the problem | A warning flashed temporarily on the dashboard while i was driving on a normal paved road indicating a suspension problem needs to be addressed. When i parked the vehicle, i noticed the air ride suspension was completely inflated on the vehicle which made it appear lifted high above the tires. This had never happened before. Nothing prior to this point made me think there was a pending problem with the suspension.. I brought the vehicle to a legitimate jeep dealership trusting in their trained technicians. They had the vehicle for 21 days, each day telling me they did not understand what was wrong. The dealership even had to consult with corporate engineers to ultimately fix the problem. The cost to me was $1525. 00 |
