Description of the problem | I was driving on a highway at approximately 5 mph. I was in a line of traffic and we were nearing a stop sign when i heard a very loud noise and felt something hit the back of my head, thrusting my head forward. I initially thought i had been rear ended by another vehicle, but then i discovered that my headrest had spontaneously deployed. The headrest is unable to be reset because the plastic pieces that keep it together are broken, which appears to be why it spontaneously deployed. |
