Description of the problem | We purchased 2015 jeep grand cherokee in 2016 approximately 2. 5 years later we attempted to get new tires put on. We went to tire store & they stated that the lug nuts were defective.. They stated that the lug nuts were swollen and if they were to force the lug nuts off it would render the vehicle inoperable. As we had a lengthy road trip planned, we were forced to go to the jeep dealership.
