Description of the problem | Every time i go to pump gas in the car, the pump will stop as if it's full. I have brought the car to 495 chrysler, jeep, and dodge in lowell, ma 5 times now and they fixed it once and it was fine. Then a few months later it started doing the same issue again. They say it's the gas stations and that i have to look for certain pumps, etc. I go to the same pump and gas station each time and when it doesn't work i have to drive around testing gas stations to see which will work. My car will stay at the dealership for 3-4 days just for them to say that it's the gas stations fault and not theirs. The first time this happened the mileage was at 5298 and now it is currently at 14,124 with only 1 year and 2 months of use. I currently have a claim with chrysler as of right now. |
