Description of the problem | On multiple occasions, while traveling at varying speeds, the entire dashboard and infotainment system have shut down for anywhere from several seconds to several minutes. The engine has not shut down, but there has been a noticeable lack of power following these events. This has occurred while maneuvering through a parking lot, traveling on a highway, through a downtown city street and on country roads. The events have occurred at varying times of day and during varying weather climates. The initial occurrence was in june 2019 while traveling on the highway. The vehicle has been to the dealership multiple times for service for this issue, yet the problem continues to occur. They have replaced a backup battery to the start/stop, as well as the button, in efforts to locate and solve the problem. |
