Description of the problem | Driving on a 55mph highway at 55mph and acceleration discontinued . I noticed etc warning light was on , car would not throttle properly i pulled off road onto emergency lane. I could have been rear ended but fortunately was not. Looked in manual, returned home within 6 miles at about 30mph on 55mph road . Called chrysler dealer and they said it was under warranty due to less than 60,000 miles it could be towed there free. They stated i needed a new throttle body but not under warranty. Why would a major part need replaced at such low mileage. |
