Description of the problemMy car is 2 years old and my brake pads have been replaced three times in addition to new getting new rotors. Problems started occurring when i only had my car for 6 months and whenever i brake, it sounds like metal grinding on metal. Neither my dealership nor jeep themselves have a reasonable explanation for this problem. It is completely unacceptable for a brand new car. In addition, my car has also had problems starting. Within the last two weeks, i have had two instances of trying to turn my car on and the battery came on, but the car did not make any attempt to turn-over. It took multiple attempts to actually get it started. Before now, my car has had a few instances where it takes a while for it to turn over, which it eventually did come on, but it was struggling and i could tell it was very weak.
