Description of the problem | Engine burns oil to the point to where it is unsafe to operate without constantly adding oil between scheduled oil change intervals. The engine feels like it is gasping for air after coming to a halt and then starting again(stop sign, making a left turn after yielding to oncoming traffic, etc.). Additionally, the fog light housing on both sides is completed burned and melted. This lead me to believe that there is a wiring issue causing too much power to go to the bulbs or the recommended bulbs may be too hot.
