Description of the problem	While driving my vehicle, there was a knock sound under my hood. The vehicle started to slow down and started to smoke. I pulled the vehicle over and cut the engine. I then tried to restart the vehicle and it did not respond. I then had the vehicle towed to the nearest repair shop, where they told me that the rod had pierced through the engine block causing all of the oil to leak from the engine and breaking the starter.
