Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 kia soul. The contact stated that stated that the headlights did not work properly, faded in and out. The contact stated that sometimes only one headlight was on. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that the failure was due to an electrical failure. The contact took the vehicle to a second independent mechanic who checked out the electrical sockets and diagnosed that the right socket melted while the left socket had burned out 50 per cent.
