Description of the problem	The engine in my 2014 kia soul + began knocking while i was driving on a highway. Within seconds of hearing the knocking, i was unable to drive the car and the car dangerously slowed doown on a highway with fast moving vehicles. I pulled over to the shoulder to find my oil had burned and my engine would no longer start. My oil was changed exactly 7 days before the oil was complelty burned out of the oil tank. There was no indication that there was a problem until my cars engine was no longer able to turn over due to lack of oil. Aaa came to pick me up on the side of the road and drove my car 60 miles to my mechanic before a kia dealership could take it. My car is now at kia, and they are refusing to replace my engine. There has been many complaints about this engine in this specific type of car. I am hoping that kia will admit to the engine and oil tank being faulty and replace mine free of charge. There should be a recall on these engines and the manufacturer should pay for the damages.
