Description of the problem | Kia is refusing to fix my car although the vin matches the recall notice! I have already paid once to have it towed and inspected and they are demanding i do it again at my expense because they threw away the report! The report i paid for and never received a copy of. While in motion, the engine in my vehicle failed and the car is no longer operable.
