Description of the problem | My 2014 kia soul (86,000 miles) is consuming oil extremely fast. I had my oil changed 5/2/19 and as of yesterday 5/26/2019 my low oil light came on while i was traveling down the interstate. There is almost no oil on the dipstick. This has been an ongoing problem for the past 6+ months. It is getting increasingly worse. No oil spots have been detected under the car. I park in the same place every day. No smoke is detected. The filter installed is a kia branded filter from the service dept of the kia dealership. |
