Description of the problem | My 2014 kia soul exclaim would not shift gears causing deceleration. I took my car to karp kia where i purchased it. It took karp kia 1 week to replace the catalytic converter. 3 weeks later i brought my car back to the dealer because oil was not staying in the car but leaking onto the engine. Karp kia will not honor my warranty nor my extended warranty because i can't get all of my maintenance records despite the engine recall. I bought the car in 2017 and the car has less than 60000 miles and needs a new engine. I am legally disabled and trying to find a way to make them honor the recall/warranty that they want me to pay for because i don't have all of my oil change receipts. Please help me. |
