Description of the problem | Prior to this had the all tires rotated and found out later that the lugs: nuts were loose. While driving on highway at approximately 65mph, all of the sudden heard a loud noise on the rear passenger's side . Vehicle jumped up into the air and back ontothe ground. Contacted the dealer in the process of making necessary repairs, but was told about another recall that the nuts need to be retorqued at 110 lbs, and that they are not under warranty. *ak |
