Description of the problem | Nhtsa campaign #97v019000 may apply although the radiator fan motor in our car failed in warm weather here in tucson, az!!! The fan "froze up" and stopped working. This resulted in enormous smoke coming out from the engine under the hood of the car. We immediately turned off the car and had it towed to our local repair shop where they replaced the radiator fan motor. I would like to be contacted by someone to discuss this incident and how i might have some success in billing ford/lincoln/mercury for the costs of repair. |
