Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2004 mini cooper. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 15v660000 (steering). The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be remedied; however, the contact believed that they did not inspect the vehicle. The contact was notified by a technician that it should have taken four hours to complete the inspection and perform any necessary repairs.
