Description of the problem	Takata inflator. I received a letter from a nissan dealer about 2 months ago. It stated that i should bring in my vehicle to replace the passenger air. When i called to make an appointment i was informed that i would be called by the dealer when the they receive the air bag from the manufacturer. I have not heard from the dealer. When i checked nhtsa website, it did not show my vehicle as a recalled vehicle. I am confused. Is the dealer being honest. Previously, the dealer had requested that i bring in my vehicle. The dealer stated that the indicator light on the passenger air bag was not functioning properly. The dealer also stated that the repair was completed. On another occasion i was also told to bring in my vehicle for a transmission problem. The dealer also stated that the repair was properly completed. What action can i take in reference to the most recent request to replace the air bag? The date i received is approximate.
