Description of the problem	I was driving when a man ran the stop sign and plowed into the side of my car. I could see that he was not going to stop so i swerved and started braking in order to miss him. I had no were to go because there was a guard rail on my drivers side and people sitting at the stop sign that i almost hit head on trying to avoid this guy. He hit me so hard that it broke the passenger side front tire and it totaled my car. But the airbag did not deploy causing me to get tossed and bruised up even though i was wearing my seat belt. There is a problem with the air bags in this vehicle. I do have a police report and an attorney concerning this matter.
