Description of the problem | The drivers side sun visor flops down when driving. The part is defective that holds it up. Creates a safety issue because it blocks visibility. The part broke and nissan is refusing to cover. In addition the extended warranty that was purchased is also refusing to cover the part. This is dangerous since the drivers side visor blocks sun from blinding me when driving but having it blocking my view completely can cause an accident. This is an ongoing issue with the visor. It is also in the murano and the pathfinder yet they are claiming this is a wear issue that somehow i am at fault for. This needs to be addressed. Nissan continues to knowingly install defective parts in their cars which can cause an accident. |
