Description of the problem	Pe00020, tire tread separation : while driving about 65 mph, rear tire on the driver's came apart. Driver was able to control truck. There were no other passenger's in the truck. These were firestone wilderness atx tires, sizes 21565r15. Tire that separated was a replacement tire. Tire mileage was 656 mileage, and were the orginal ones. Tire was taken to a firestone dealership. The tire was replaced under warranty.
