Description of the problem	Purchased the vehicle and noticed a loud whistling sound coming from the sunroof outside of normal wind noises. This sound occurs daily. It appears that it is not sealed properly and will eventually lead to leaks. The dealership was able to hear the noise as well and even push my sunroof open further with their hands. Upon further research online, this seem to be a common problem with nissan maxima. There is an entire maxima forum online discussing this issue with customers complaining of water damage due to it not being sealed properly. Car was infested with spiders right after purchase and it was determined that they were getting in from the sunroof.
